A little clarity

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Here’s a helpful place to start.

Should I pawn or sell my jewelry?
A sale transfers the item to the shop. A pawn uses your item as collateral, with the option to reclaim it under the agreement’s terms. The shop can explain the amount, charges, due date, and redemption terms before you choose.
Can I get an offer from photos?
Photos and a description help start the conversation. Any final offer depends on the shop’s inspection and review. An online inquiry is not an appraisal, loan approval, or binding offer.
What if I don’t know what my jewelry is made of?
Send what you know. Clear photos of the piece and any stamps or markings are a helpful starting point. The shop can discuss the next step for an evaluation.
Can I keep driving my car during a pawn?
No. Under this program, the vehicle remains with the participating pawnshop during the pawn. Your vehicle must be owned outright with a clear title, and the pawnshop verifies eligibility and completes the transaction.
Can other jewelry stores use the repair network?
We’re building a network for stores that need repair support and craftspeople who want to receive work. Submit a network inquiry to discuss services, coverage, and participation.
Do I need an account?
No. You can browse and send an inquiry without signing up.
